04.13.2010 – FORM A COMPANY AND HELP FIGHT CANCER!!!  Leyendecker & Lemire, LLC is pleased to announce that thru July 1, 2010 it will be donating $50.00 for each corporate or LLC formation done by the firm to Team in Training, a charitable organization that supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Founding member Peter C. 12.07.2009 - We have hired another attorney.  Terry Wyles has joined us as a patent attorney.  Terry specializes in software patents but is equally adept drafting and prosecuting in other technologies as well.  We are lucky to have Terry on board and look forward to getting him up to speed.
